Job Profile

Medical Doctor (A0 in medicine) with 3 years working experience in fields related to management of respiratory diseases work. Background in nursing shall constitute and added advantage or Master’s degree in Public Health/Epidemiology with 1 year experience in fields related to management of respiratory diseases work. Background in nursing shall constitute and added advantage.

Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:

– Development of measurable objectives, operational plans and measurable indicators/targets for community health programs and projects focused on TB and Other Respiratory Communicable Diseases

– Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with donors, implementing partners and
other stakeholders

– Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects

– Good knowledge of Rwanda Health System
